Vishnu worked as an intern at the USPTO in the summer of 2018. He worked on predicting patents, by analyzing data using Google Trends. He presented his research work in front of the Deputy CIO at the end of the Summer. He was also an Eagle Scout and did his final Eagle project at the Fairfax City Community Garden.

Vishnu was an excellent skier and loved coming down from Black Diamond slopes. He was musically inclined and loved to play the piano. He also was a black belt in Taekwondo.
